Aurex Engineering provides engineering and construction support services including structural steel detailing, shop and fabrication drawings, miscellaneous steel detailing, joinery and millwork detailing, construction estimating, quantity take-offs, architectural drafting, BIM, 3D modelling and related technical services.
The scope, deliverables, fees and timescales for each project will be confirmed in the applicable quotation, proposal, purchase order or written agreement.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees and revised timescales.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete drawings, specifications, schedules and other information required for the agreed services.
Aurex Engineering is not responsible for delays or additional work resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or subsequently changed information supplied by the Client.
Estimates, quantity take-offs, drawings and technical documentation are prepared based on the information available and the agreed project scope.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, our services do not include statutory approval, engineering certification, independent structural calculations, site supervision or professional sign-off.
Fees and payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation or invoice. Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Unless otherwise agreed, Aurex Engineering retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, systems, methods and technical resources.
Upon full payment, the Client may use the agreed project deliverables for the intended project.
We will treat client project information and business information as confidential and will only disclose it where necessary to provide the agreed services, required by law, or authorised by the Client.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy.
